EA Docs for Discover Homepage feature. Due to design discussions surrounding this feature, this feature has not been green lighted for EA yet, so this PR will remain in Draft mode until that is sorted out.

Hi @imatwawana ! I've incorporated your feedback and made some more updates to account for some button changes that will be coming to the query builder header soon (we've chosen to move some buttons into a context menu so it's slightly less cluttered).
