I would like to have an overview in the docs of all the experimental features of the Cocoa SDK.

We already mention the experimental features in the wizard. Let's point them out in the docs too.

Not really, you can always use the supported or not_supported tags for showing options that are only visible to certain platforms. The goal of this section is the visibility of experimental features. Obviously, we could have a more dedicated page for experimental features as well, that was also discussed but we've limited to the options for now.
