Description

Right now, we have to depend on folks to remember to only use images that have the correct resolution and that have been compressed in Docs.

Suggested Solution

Add image compression and resolution warnings as part of GitHub actions for PRs in this repo.

This issue has gone three weeks without activity. In another week, I will close it.

But! If you comment or otherwise update it, I will reset the clock, and if you label it Status: Backlog or Status: In Progress, I will leave it alone ... forever!
