Add Java/Android specific options to the docs Similar to https://github.com/getsentry/sentry-docs/issues/2924

Suggested Solution

Document all missing options, if they make sense to be user-facing and are relevant to the SDK usage. Given that the type system already helps it, this could be more useful to support people that don't run the code themselves.
