feat: Seer product updates in docs

DESCRIBE YOUR PR

Changing the docs to reflect the new Seer pricing and packaging. It needs to include Code Review, and the UX has changed in terms of setup, configuration, and usage.

• Renamed Issue Fix -> Root Cause Analysis based on the Figma designs: https://sentry-docs-git-seer-feature-updates-for-ga.sentry.dev/product/ai-in-sentry/seer/root-cause-analysis/
• Redirected for the Issue Fix -> Root Cause Analysis name change
• Updated old links in other files to the new Issue Fix -> Root Cause Analysis link

I think we should also update the code review docs themselves.

1. remove beta message
2. code review now runs on every commit by default. We can make updates to FAQ to reflect this
