Refresh the Platforms page in docs
Problem Statement
The current layout of the Platforms page makes it hard for users to scan. I've watched numerous replays of using scrolling up and down the page and either not finding what they were looking for or finding it after looking up and down numerous times.
Solution Brainstorm
Reorganize this page to make it look more in line with our new homepage and reorganize it by browser, mobile, server, serverless, desktop, all.
