Remove Nimble

Description

As discussed internally in Slack, we want to continue XCTAssert as it comes out of the box. Although the syntax of Nimble is a bit more appealing and the assertions slightly more powerful, we would rather have one less dependency to worry about, and contributors are used to XCTAssert.

Please document the decision in the internal develop-docs.
