Fix SDK Integrations

Description

The SDK integrations are somehow broken and not aligned with other SDKs as Java or Dart. Some integrations contain multiple features and it's impossible to know which features are enabled by looking at event.sdk.integrations. Furthermore, you can disable features by both setting booleans on the options and also removing an integration in the list of integrations of the options.

This issue has gone three weeks without activity. In another week, I will close it.

But! If you comment or otherwise update it, I will reset the clock, and if you label it Status: Backlog or Status: In Progress, I will leave it alone ... forever!
