Replay Not Found in Self hosted sentry

Sentry 24.12.1

Steps to Reproduce

When I try to access replay sessions in a specific project, I see “Replay Not Found” for any sessions older than 24 hours. The replays work within the first 24 hours, but once a session exceeds that age, the replay is no longer accessible.

Expected Result

Replays should be visible

Actual Result

Replay Not Found The replay you are looking for was not found.

The replay might be missing events or metadata.

Or there may be an issue loading the actions from the server, click to try loading the Replay again.

Not sure there's something the replay team can do to help here.

The data makes it in and shows up. So all our bits are working.

perhaps you have some data deletion job set in the wrong unit for example? instead of deleting in days it's deleting in hours?

I'm actually getting the same with the self-hosted config. I see that files are created, in docker logs I see that some rows inserted. But nothing in UI.

I tested with simple vanila JS script that throws an error on click. I can see the issue, but not a replay.

At least, would be good to have information where to dig in
