Left nav doesn't preserve scroll position after nav

Steps

  1. Visit https://develop.sentry.dev/self-hosted/.
  2. Scroll down and click "Releases & Upgrading" under Self-hosted.

Expected

Left nav stays scrolled to current position.

Actual

Left nav jumps back to top of scroll.

We're in the process of migrating develop docs onto the Next.js docs platform - this will also result in far better UX like having a decent sidebar :)
