V2 Release - Upgrade sentry-cli

Update to the latest sentry-cli version:

Latest 2.x Current 1.67.2 (Released almost three years ago)

• [ ] Support different Docker images (task to be created separately)
• [ ] Create a v2 branch
• [ ] Upload v2 Docker images
• [ ] Upgrade sentry-cli to v2
• [ ] Follow the release checklist (issue template) and create a v2 pre-release
• [ ] Start dogfooding
• [ ] Release it to the world
• [ ] Create a v1 branch
• [ ] Merge the v2 branch
