DB2 Query runner is present, but not possible to migrate and not possible to create new datasource

Issue Summary

When upgrading from 10 to 25.1, queries referencing db2 type are not migrated and blocking the migration process. Then, even if the env file contains the DB2 query runner in the additionnal list, it is not listed while creating new datasource

Steps to Reproduce

1.in your 10.1 instance, be sure to have a query with a db2 datasource 2. start the migration process to 25 3. error, db2 query runner is not found

the DB2 query runner is there and activated in env file, so migration should take place

  • Redash Version: 25.1
  • Browser/OS: Chrome / Win11
  • How did you install Redash: docker
