Only admin users seems allowed to edit dropdown list

Issue Summary

A non-admin user cannot update a dropdown list even if he has full access on the datasource

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a query with a dropdown list as admin
2. Connect with a non-admin user that have access to the datasource
3. Try to edit the query (you can) but you don't have access to the parameters of the dropdown list
