Dark theme for Redash

We're seeing an increasing demand for a dark theme for Redash. Most requests come from either users who prefer dark dashboards on large TV screens or users who generally prefer dark interfaces.

Use Dark Reader extension on chrome. Works well for me.

Hi all - rest assured that we're aware of this issue, and we won't forget about it. We only have a handful of people working on Redash now that we're community-led, and nobody is working full time, so we can't quite get to do all the things :) That being said, we'd be happy to accept any PRs for adding a dark theme option.
