Options button is not displayed when long tags are added to a query

Steps to Reproduce:

• Create a long tag and add it to a query or
• Open this query
• Try to fork pr archive that query

Expected results:

The long tags are truncated, the options button is correctly displayed and the user is able to fork, archive etc that query.

Actual results:

The options button is not displayed

Notes/Issues:

Verified in FF61(Win7). Issue can be reproduced in STMO-stage
