i am wsl enviroment, appear this error at install themes.

Cannot copy `blue-penguin-dark' to `/mnt/d/project/pelican/py3/lib/python3.10/site-packages/pelican-4.8.0-py3.10.egg/pelican/themes/blue-penguin-dark':
