max-pixels not traslated into the xml file
Hi, here is simple xls file, please try to convert it with the xlsform-offline and see that it is not going to put the max-pixels into the xml.
It seems a bug.... or not?

Hi @AngeloLazzari and thanks for your report! In general, please post issues you're having at https://forum.opendatakit.org/c/support/6 so it can be triaged appropriately. In this case, even though you're getting the issue in xlsform-offline, it would be a pyxform issue.
What version of xlsform-offline are you running? Can you reproduce in the latest version?

Anyway, the version i'm using is the last one 1.5, and it has the "bug"....

The last one is v1.11.1 and we added support for max-pixels in v1.7.0. 1.5 is pretty old.
