redirect bitbucket wiki page

liaise with Dimagi to replace https://bitbucket.org/javarosa/javarosa/wiki/xform with empty page with 2 links to ODK and CommCare XForms specifications.

And this will be part of a broader conversation about what the "official" JavaRosa is at this point. I don't think anyone uses what is on Bitbucket so it might be best to remove it or at least to have a very clear notice that it's deprecated. I think https://github.com/opendatakit/javarosa has become the "official" ODK implementation and Dimagi has their own in their commcare repo.

@yanokwa and @ctsims have been liaising and Dimagi will be taking the lead on the redirects from the Bitbucket page.
