Add option similar to collect to reset the application

Do we need to reset forms (delete blank form/instances)? ODK Collect already has this option. @lakshyagupta21

Nope, only skunkworks-crow related tables and storage.

@lakshyagupta21 I updated this in PR #290 , added an option to reset user settings, you can have a look in this commit and give some suggestions.

@huangyz0918 Please try to raise a different PRs for different features. Adding more than one feature in one PR is hard to review and test. Fixing bug is fine in same PR. But adding more and more commits to big PRs make it difficult to review.
