On rotating screen in sendingForms activity search bar is getting disappear

Problem description
when we rorting the screen of device in the send forms activity while in searching through search bar then the search bar is getting disappearing
this is same problem as #120
Steps to reproduce the problem
Go the sendForms activity Click on search icon Rotate the device Observe the behavior(I.e search bar is getting disappearing)
Expected behavior
when rotated the device then search bar will not disappear and we have to get the search queries
