when tab is re selected so recycle view scroll to top

Problem description

If the user has a large number o Filled/Blank forms if he wants to go to the top he has to scroll the entire recycle view instead of that using this feature user can scroll to top easily

We have the ideas of adding a FAB, by adding the FAB it does not give a good user experience and the UI also doesn't look good (Used for gallery looks fine) as we have recycle views so by on clicking the tab again so scroll to top

It is the feature using by WhatsApp, Google Play, etc

Steps to reproduce the problem

Not a problem, Good feature

Expected behavior

When we reselected the tab so the recycle view should scroll to top
