Add app info in About

Problem description

There is no information about the current app info in About screen

Steps to reproduce the problem

Goto options menu > About

Expected behavior

Above Open Source Licenses, a new entry should be present with the current app info

I think displaying app version is must. If you can think of anything else then you can add them as well

There is still no data in about option except that related to Licence , and on clicking it, the activity bounce back to previous one. There are certain observation: I have run the latest code on android 8.1, and app gets stuck on screen "Waiting for hotspot to connect", something similar to the issue on pie 9.0. In 8.1, in the logcat, it ran into infinite loop.

Yeah it would be resolved if #227 is merged
