Scrollbar on a form in "Start new form"

Problem description

A scrollbar appears on a form in "Start new form”. The issue doesn’t occur on all devices (e.g. not on Pixel 7a, Samsung m23) – it seems that it appears on bigger screens. I managed to reproduce it only on Redmi 9T The scrollbar disappears after screen rotation.

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. Add the form to a project. ProjectSOAR_v4.2.xlsx.txt
2. Check the form in the list in "start new form"

Expected behavior

The scrollbar shouldn't appear on forms.
