Improve select one question type with likert appearance

User story

As a data collector I want to be able to easily select an option So that I don’t accidentally tap the other options by mistake

Given I’m presented with a select question with a likert scale When I select an option Then I will see the option highlighted

I would like to eventually switch to a vertical layout to make it easier to read, but might be an undesired layout for users, so this still needs discussion
