Rework FieldListUpdateTest

Problem description

According to the conversation in https://github.com/getodk/collect/pull/6103#discussion_r1596530222 FieldListUpdateTest should be reworked so that it uses FormEntryActivityTestRule instead of BlankFormTestRule. The newly added test changeInValueUsedToDetermineIfAQuestionIsRequired_ShouldUpdateTheRelatedRequiredQuestion should use it's own small form.
