The list of question is scrolled when a user closes the keybord

v2023.3.1 and probably older versions too.

Android version

10 but not 12 so it might be Android-specific

Problem description

The scrolling position is changed when we close the keyboard on a long list of questions Screen_recording_20240214_163836.webm

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. Open the attached form: field-list.xlsx
2. Scroll down to the bottom of the list
3. Close the keyboard

Expected behavior

The scrolling position should not be changed.
