Add Buddhist calendar

I just got a user request for the Buddhist calendar. @grzesiek2010, you're our calendar expert so correctly if I'm wrong but I believe this is mostly easy to do and so we should just do it when we have a moment.

In fact, https://github.com/getodk/collect/pull/2650 had a start with joda-time.
