Select widget with quickcompact-1 appearance doesn't look so good.

Expected behavior

I don't know if this is a regression, but I'd expect this widget to have the lines under the words, and maybe have slightly better spacing? And look more like selects?

Compact was intended to be used with images. It takes as little vertical space as possible. The 1 means a single column. The quick means it moves forward immediately on select. This looks mostly like I’d expect with text rather than images. Maybe you’re looking for no-buttons? See also https://github.com/XLSForm/xlsform.github.io/issues/125

The lines could be improved.
