OpenJDK 10 issues with SSL certs

It turns out that the truststore of OpenJDK variant of Java 10 complains when contacting AppEngine and Google Analytics services over HTTPS connections.

This issue will track our findings aimed to give final users instructions to run Briefcase with these JVMs.

Seems OpenJDK 10 did not include useful root certs. https://blogs.oracle.com/jtc/openjdk-10-now-includes-root-ca-certificates
