Problem description

Horizontal scroll is not available

Steps to reproduce the problem

  1. The user reduces the size of Briefcase 3

Expected behavior

Scroll is available

I'm having problems with Swing and the horizontal scrollbar and I've checked this against version 1.8 that this is not a regression error.

Since giving Briefcase a width of just 600ish pixels (which seems reasonable) makes the scrollbar not needed, I'm proposing we push this issue forward.
