Database corruption

Software and hardware versions

Windows7, Aggregate v1.4.9,

Problem description

I am unable to use the ODK aggregate site without this error message below:

"Error: Encountered an unknown problem while reading the database. This often is a sign of database corruption. Please get the server logs and file an issue at https://github.com/opendatakit/aggregate/issues"

Does anyone have any information on how this could be happening?

Apologies for the lack of response here, @wrice4-hbk. We now do support through https://forum.opendatakit.org/c/support/6 and it looks like we should update that error dialog. Have you been able to resolve this issue or are you still experiencing it? I know it's very annoying to have to go across platforms but if you are still having issues, posting on the forum would give you the highest chance of getting help.
