We have now things like

[Nikola]
plugincategory = Command

Just needs to be done in the plugin repo and then support added in the website.

This is duplicated in #90, along with a plan for an enhancement of the entire thing by dropping the JS and doing some dogfooding (using Nikola to build Nikola infrastructure)
