Increase test coverage

We've started increasing test coverage of Meli in order to stabilize the current implementation. If you're interested to help, just pick an endpoint and go for it.

At the moment, we're testing guards and API endpoints while the Caddy configuration is being refactored by @pimartin.

Any input welcome.

Wouldn't it be a good idea to perfect Metroline to move the deploy to there? That way I think we can see the cadences of the project to move forward.

We've shifted our development efforts to Meli. Metroline is sufficiently mature to cover most cases. Meli being unrelated to Metroline, it made sense to use Github Actions as it was the easiest way to get started and let people collaborate. We're happy to see PRs in Metroline though.
