[Bug] Manganato cannot list chapters

Describe the bug When listing the chapters, an error is raised. This is because https://readmanganato.com redirects to https://chapmanganato.com and as far as i read in other issues redirects are not followed. Replacing the url in index.js fixed the issue for me. Also, Manganato does not return a 404 status code, which is why an error is raised when parsing the data.
