I think it would be best to aggregate favorites, retweets, and followers into the same tab, the same way twitter does it. This keeps the UI simpler. if we do that i can make a different icon that represents all of these

How important do you think is @Derekf5? It would basically be a notifications tab like the Twitter app I think right?

@myleshorton i think its super important for notifications to function as close to the way twitter does them as possible. we have seem some people slightly put off by the fact that it is not the same as in the twitter app.

So yes just like the notification tab in the twitter app.
