Accessibility / UI issue in picker dialogs with long content

Kirby 4 RC.4 The picker for linking internal pages expands when a long list is outside the viewport and the buttons are no longer accessible. The complete page must be scrolled to reach the buttons at the bottom. However, the upper area is then hidden.

Suggested solution: Make the picker responsive so that it always remains completely visible in height. Make long content in the picker selectable with a scroll bar.
