Date field: option for first day of the week

Describe the bug The calendar picker on the date field always starts weeks on Monday. However, I would expect it to vary based on what the user expects. For example, being in the United States, I expect the week to start on Sunday.

There are a few different places that could influence what day to start the week on:

1. Somehow base it on browser locale information (not sure if this is actually feasible)
2. Use the Kirby installation's locale information
3. Provide an override on the date field to accommodate this

Expected behavior The start of the week should adapt for using the system.

Just came across this issue. I know it's a localized preference, but our client will not understand this issue.
