Idea: Block options

It would be good to have block specific options in the blueprint. This will get important for more complex block plugins but even for the core blocks this will be a nice addition (e. g. offering a way to limit the type suggestions of the code block or disallowing specific inline formatting for text blocks). Maybe this could work similar to the fields definitions of the structure field only for blocks.

I literally had this thought this morning and came to make the same suggestion.

would love to be able to dictate what blocks were available to which templates.
