Cannot Paste Paragraph(s) Into Quote Block

Describe the bug If you have copy a single or multiple paragraphs from a webpage, then try to paste those into a Blockquote section, they'll be appended below the blockquote—not within it.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a "Quote" block
2. Copy multiple paragraphs from a webpage
3. Paste into the Quote block

Expected behavior The paragraphs should be pasted in as one continuous quote (rather than separate quote blocks).

Describe the bug

I'm trying to copy and paste a text from a .doc file in the editor and I have problems with text formatting in general: In the panel I see everithing but lists index are always 1, in frontend links to note in the footer doesn't work.
