1.8b: Create admin user needs vertical scrolling

Hi

I just installed Grav 1.8 beta. The form to create a new (admin) user is higher than vh (on my laptop) when there's an error message like e.g. that the password isn't meeting conditions. In this case the buttons are only partly visible.
