I would like to add my new plugin to the Grav Repository. Here are the project details: https://gitea.dithosoft.de/dithosoft/grav-youtubeconsent-plugin

This plugin registers a new youtube shortcode that allows you to include videos from YouTube in a privacy-friendly manner: It does not load the actual video until the visitor accepts external access either for one or for all videos on the site.

I could be wrong about this, but I don't think I am (someone please feel free to confirm), the plugin needs to be hosted on GitHub to be accessible with gpm.

Has to be on GitHub. We use GitHub api to sync GPM.
