Mobile UI top row menu disappears

Top row with the save button often disappears after scrolling far down in the editor. Sometimes it reappears after clicking on "Normal" button, but sometimes the only option remaining is to reload without possibility to save. Witnessed it many times.

Working mostly on Firefox, but the issue persists in e/os browser (based on Bromite).
