Option to use icons in top-level navigation

User can choose to not use icons, use icons before text, after text or instead of text. Also this option support menu defined in site.yaml. Version changed to 1.4.2 Fixed: Prevent duplicating meta charset: if charset not set in page, used utf-8 by default. Site title used for title in navbar instead hardcoded "Grav" string.
