Scrolled Nav-bar link changing size

I have changed the title with my own. Also I have added a logo when scrolled to appear with the site title as per the picture captura de ecran din 2016 05 15 la 00 42 35

The issue appears when scrolling - the clicking area of the logo/site title seems to be changing size to a really small clickable size as per the picture (only these letters captura de ecran din 2016 05 15 la 00 52 38

any ideas how to fix it ?
