Github plugin files are installed after update/fresh install

After the latest update (or fresh install) seems like github plugin is installed instead (but in the simplesearch directory) which makes it unavailable in admin.

bin/gpm install simplesearch
GPM Releases Configuration: Stable
Preparing to install GitHub [v2.0.0]
  |- Downloading package...   100%
  |- Checking destination...  ok
  |- Installing package...    ok
  '- Success!

woah. good thing I didn't run my "deploy updates to all grav instances" script :)

Ah I think I know what I did. Will release and fix it today.
