allow to define path plugins.shortcode-ui.custom_shortcodes to custom shortcodes following the structure of shortcode-ui

comment: I have seen the support for custom shortcodes in shortcode-core, but could not just copy my existing ui-shortcode into the custom directory. However I like the given structure for ui shortcodes - therefor this enhancement
