Date in file destination folder

I'm working on a from with a file upload field. Is it possible to organize the files within that given folder, e.g.

fields: my_files: type: file label: Upload multiple: false avoid_overwriting: true destination: 'user/data/uploads/{{ current year}}/{{ current month}}/{{ current day}}'
