Specify Default template in Configuration?

Are you able to specify a default email template within the configuration for the plugin? I have multiple contact forms on my website, and I would like to use the same template for all the forms. So far I have only found that you can specify an email template in the process section of the form. Is this the only place you can specify a template to be used with the email, or can you specify one in the configuration for the plugin? It seems a little redundant to have to specify the same base template across all the forms on the website if that is the only way to specify a template.

Just cleaning up old issues.. i'll think about this as i'm working on Email 4.0 plugin withe new Symfony Mailer
