Update v1.10.49 fails from the webapp, not CLI

It gives an error in the webapp, when updating:

mdir(/var/www/html/user/plugins/admin): Directory not empty

When I run from the command line, gpm update admin, it works.

Wasn't able to replicate update failing, glad it worked via CLI though

I had to do the same thing. But after the upgrade the Admin Panel is messed up, probably because of the Quark theme update that came along?
