can't activate theme

hello team, I can't activate theme when clicking on button "activate" nothing happen

i see this message "Do you want to continue and switch to the theme {theme_name}? "

I can't recreate this with a fresh install of Grav + Admin. What plugins do you have installed? What theme are you trying to activate?

BTW You can always manually activate by editing system.yaml and changing the theme manually.
